VisasQ announces the establishment of VISASQ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD.
April 1, 2020 — VisasQ, a leading knowledge sharing platform headquartered in Japan, is pleased to announce the establishment of VISASQ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., a wholly owned subsidiary, as of April 1, 2020. We have converted our Singapore representative office, which was established in January 2020, into this new subsidiary.
Since VQ was first launched in 2013, VisasQ has been constantly developing its global capabilities to cater for the growing demand of high quality subject matter experts in all industries and geographies. This has significantly increased the value and impact brought to clients ranging from professional service firms, institutional investors to industry corporates. VisasQ currently has over 10,000 advisors residing outside Japan, spanning every major economy and country.
In January 2020, we opened a representative office in Singapore with the aim of further expanding our overseas business, and have conducted surveys of overseas markets and other activities.
Through the establishment of the new entity, VISASQ SINGAPORE PTE. LTD., we aim to grow our overseas business, VQ, by increasing our global network of advisors, with a focus on the Southeast Asia region. We will also continue to enhance smooth matching operations through local hiring, and expand recognition amongst overseas clients.

Leong Loh is Head of Singapore Office / Director of Asia Operations at VisasQ, and he is responsible for driving VisasQ’s business growth and service capabilities in Asia ex-Japan.
A veteran in the knowledge sharing industry, he previously spent over 12 years at one of the largest global knowledge sharing companies as Director of Asia where he pioneered and supervised the Asia business and servicing operations. Prior to that, Leong had held a variety of consulting and investment research roles, including stints at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs.
Leong holds an MBA and Bachelor of Engineering from the National University of Singapore.
