Representative Director of Board, CEO
Eiko joined Goldman Sachs Investment Banking Department in 2001. After gaining experience in budget planning and management at L'Oréal Japan, she worked in PE investment for 5 years at Unison Capital. Eiko founded walkntalk Inc. (now VisasQ Inc.) in March 2012, and officially released VISASQ in October 2013. She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Tokyo and received an MBA from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
Director of Board
Hidetoshi started his career at the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs in 1999, and became Managing Director in 2012. He joined VISASQ in 2018 as CFO, then became COO and led the IPO and acquisition of Coleman. He holds a Master's degree in Engineering from the University of Tokyo.
Executive Officer, Co-Head of Japan
Takeshi joined the Development Bank of Japan in 2011, and assisted local governments in economic and tourism strategies, provided long-term corporate loans, and was also involved in venture investment. He joined VISASQ in 2016 and became Executive Officer in 2019, leading the business for consulting firms, financial institutions, and other professional firms. He graduated from Hitotsubashi University.
Executive Officer, Co-Head of Japan
Yu joined Recruit HR Marketing in 2006, and was responsible for sales, new product development, and corporate planning at Recruit Jobs. He joined VISASQ in 2019, concurrently served as GM of CEO Office and GM of VISASQ lite division, launching corporate marketing and driving growth of VISASQ lite. From April 2024 he concurrently serves as Co-head of Japan and Japan Corporate Business Division, VP of Product Development. He graduated from Yokohama National University.
Head of Americas
Masayuki started his career at the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in 2001, and worked for the various government agencies including Cabinet Office and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He then joined Accenture strategy group and engaged in global market entry and global alliance projects for Japanese enterprises. After he experienced IPO at freee as COO (a member of board) and led product management team as CXO, he joined VISASQ in 2023. He holds an LLM from Stanford University and MBA from HKUST.
Executive Officer, CFO
Mamoru joined Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities in 2011. He joined VISASQ in January 2022 as Executive Officer and CFO, where he is responsible for developing financial strategies after the acquisition of Coleman, IR, etc. as well as strengthening overall corporate functions. He graduated from Keio University, Faculty of Law.
General Counsel
Conrad Gordon is General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Coleman. He is responsible for oversight of Coleman’s global legal activities and policies, as well as ethics, corporate governance, compliance and regulatory matters. Prior to joining Coleman, Conrad served as Deputy General Counsel at Stifel Financial Corp., a sell-side securities broker-dealer, supporting their investment banking, fixed income and equity trading activities. Conrad holds a JD degree from Brooklyn Law School with an emphasis in securities regulation and a BA in history from Duke University.
Director of Board
Kevin joined Martex, a financial database provider, in 1996 as VP of Sales. He launched Coleman Research in 2003 and has led the company's growth for nearly 20 years. In November 2021, he was appointed to the VISASQ Board of Directors. He graduated from the University of Colorado and holds an MBA from Babson College's F.W. Olin School of Business.
Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)
Kohei is CFO of Gojo & Company, Inc. He joined Morgan Stanley Securities (currently Mitsubishi UFJ Morgan Stanley Securities) in April 2003 and worked in the investment banking division. After working for an asset management company, he joined Lifenet Insurance Company in March 2008. He was in charge of planning, business development, and preparation for listing, and was appointed to the position of CFO in May 2013. In 2014, he joined SmartNews Inc. as Vice President of Finance, where he led the launch of the administrative division and raised ¥8.6 billion in capital. He has been serving as an external director of TableCheck Inc. since June 2023.
Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)
Masaaki graduated from Kyoto University and then joined Dream Incubator Inc., where he was involved in consulting for large companies and venture support and became an executive officer in June 2015. He then moved to ipet Insurance Co., Ltd. and was appointed as managing executive officer in June 2016, leading the company's listing on TSE Mothers and the technical listing of the holding company. He currently serves as external auditor for ABEJA, Inc. and Peace of Mind Co., Ltd.
Outside Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member)
After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Economics, Yoshiaki joined Asahi Shinwa Co., Ltd (currently KPMG AZSA LLC) in 1993, where he was engaged in accounting auditing. He subsequently joined Shinsei Bank in 2003. After serving as CFO of the Tokyo Branch of ANZ Banking Group, in 2017 he joined Seven Seas Advisors Co., Ltd., an independent investment management company. He has been serving as an external auditor of Loadstar Capital K.K. since March 2016 and atama plus Inc. since September 2022.

Prior to assuming his current position, he served in the Investment Banking Division of Deutsche Securities, as a member of the Board of Directors, and CFO of GREE, and as CEO of GREE U.S.
Motoshige is a professor emeritus at the University of Tokyo. After serving as a professor at the University of Tokyo, he was a professor at Gakushuin University from April 2016 to March 2022, and has been in his current position since June 2016. He has also served as a member of the Council on Economic and Fiscal Policy for six years since 2013.
Shinjiro worked as Representative Executive Officer, Executive Vice President and Executive Officer of Hitachi, Ltd. (retired in March 2016) He subsequently served as Chairman of the Board of Directors of Benesse Holdings, Inc. (retired in June 2020), Outside Director of A.L.I. Technologies Inc. Currently serves as outside director and chairman of the board of directors of JVCKENWOOD Corporation.
Kiyoto is Chairman of the Board, TOPAZ CAPITAL, INC. Prior to assuming his current position, he was a Managing Executive Officer of Mizuho Corporate Bank, Ltd. and Vice President of Mizuho Securities Co., Ltd. (retired in March 2008) He subsequently served as a partner at Unison Capital, Inc. (retired in March 2018), an outside director at SANYO SHOKAI LTD. (retired in May 2020), an outside director at SCSK Corporation (retired in June 2022), an outside director at Hotto Link Inc. (incumbent), and an outside director at Suruga Bank Ltd. (retired in June 2021).
Japan Corporate Business Division, VP of Business Development
Takuya joined Hitachi Solutions in 2003 as a systems engineer, and then joined Pasona in 2007. At Pasona, he was in charge of corporate sales in the recruitment business. In 2013, he was involved in the launch of the "Advisor Introduction Business", and became an executive officer in charge of sales, marketing, etc. at Pasona Advisor Network, a separate company spun off from Pasona. He joined VISASQ in August 2020, and launched "VISASQ partner" and "VISASQ board" businesses, which he was responsible for. He has been in his current position since April 2024.

Meredith Humphries is VP, Head of Client Management at Coleman. She is responsible for all clients across Investment Management, Private Equity, and Consulting in the Americas. Meredith has over 10 years of experience at Coleman servicing our key accounts and overseeing project fulfillment.
