VISASQ was founded in Japan with a vision to build a better future through a global platform that reduces barriers and enables the direct exchange of mission-critical knowledge. Since then, we have pioneered the market as Japan’s first full-scale expert network service by anticipating major societal shifts, such as the government-promoted “Work Style Reform” and the diversification of individual career paths. Leveraging our continuously expanding knowledge database and relentless investments in technology, we assist clients seamlessly from hypothesis building to critical decision-making through fast, precise expert matching, thereby accelerating innovation, expanding investments, and advancing digital and AI transformation. At the same time, we create opportunities for individuals to share their expertise.

In 2021, VISASQ evolved into a truly global platform by welcoming Coleman Research Group, a premier global ENS provider with a strong footprint in the US, UK, and Hong Kong. Building on our global platform, we are also expanding beyond the traditional expert network model. Tailored for Japanese corporate clients, we now offer a broad range of solutions centered on expert insights. These include self-service and agent-assisted recruiting services for professional freelancers and full-time talent, as well as project-based consulting services, all aimed at accelerating the growth of both our clients and our experts.

One of the ideas that has long inspired me is “Connecting the dots,” a phrase made famous by Steve Jobs. This is exactly what VISASQ was built to do: connect the dots across organizations, industries, and borders.
