VISASQ/COLEMAN Opens First Latin American Office to Advance U.S. Business— Combining Technology and Team Expansion to Accelerate Expert Proposal —
TOKYO & NEW YORK — August 3rd, 2026 — VISASQ/COLEMAN, a leading global expert network spanning 190 countries and over 800,000 experts (the “Company”), today announced the opening of a new expert recruitment team in Bogotá, Colombia — its first office in Latin America — to further advance its U.S. business.

■ About the Company’s Business
The Company operates a database of business experience knowledge from over 800,000 experts across 190 countries worldwide (as of the end of March 2026), offering a variety of services that match experts with a wide range of companies — from those pursuing transformation initiatives such as new business development, R&D, and DX (digital transformation) promotion, to consulting firms and financial institutions. In 2021, VISASQ acquired Coleman Research Group, Inc. (“COLEMAN”), a U.S. peer company, building a global matching structure that connects insights from around the world using both VISASQ’s and COLEMAN’s databases and offices.
■ Background of the Bogotá Office Opening
In the United States, demand for expert interviews has been expanding amid the M&A market’s recovery since 2025.
The Company has responded to this growing demand through investment in AI. It has developed an AI model that extracts experts whose experience matches client needs from its pool of over 800,000 registered experts, dramatically improving the speed from project intake to expert proposal. In March 2026, the Company began offering this AI model to clients as well.[1]
Building on the ongoing AI investment, the Company will further strengthen its ability to rapidly recruit new experts when client requests arise. Enhancing this function requires not only technology but also hands-on, personal engagement with experts, and the new Bogotá team will lead the effort to build out this expert recruitment function.
According to Bogotá’s investment promotion agency, Invest in Bogotá,[2] the city is Latin America’s third-largest shared services center hub, home to nearly 55% of Colombia’s shared services centers. Given its abundant pool of Spanish-English bilingual talent and its time zone overlap with the U.S. East Coast, the Company determined that Bogotá would be well suited to handle operations serving the U.S. market.

■ Value Delivered by the Bogotá Team
Faster matching with a greater number of experts
Through team expansion, clients will gain faster access to insights from a greater number and wider variety of experts. The process of carefully verifying each expert’s experience and specialization before introduction will remain unchanged.
High-quality experience through close collaboration
The Bogotá team will work in close collaboration with the U.S. team, placing emphasis on onboarding and relationship-building through careful, attentive dialogue with experts. The Company values maintaining the same high-quality experience for both experts and clients alike.
■ Comment from Representative Director & CEO Eiko Hashiba
“Our U.S. interview business has continued to grow steadily, and this new Bogotá office is an investment to carry that momentum into the next stage. We will strengthen our expert recruitment structure and build a system that connects our U.S. clients to more insights, more quickly and reliably.”
