A Notice Regarding Management Structure of U.S. Business

VisasQ Inc. (Headquarters: Meguro-ku, Tokyo; CEO: Eiko Hashiba) announced that Eiko Hashiba, CEO will assume the role of Head of Americas on April 1, 2023.

This structure will allow Hashiba to concurrently serve as Head of Americas and commit to further business growth in the United States while making necessary management decisions more swiftly. In addition, Kevin Coleman will continue to contribute to the growth of the entire group as a director of board by providing continuous support for building relationships with important customers and strengthening the organization in our global franchises.
